As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our dining areas. You will support our waitstaff and kitchen team to deliver outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and clean dining areas before guests are seated.
Remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables using trays.
Clean tables, seating areas, and floors after guests leave.
Communicate effectively with other bussers and hosts through a headset.
Check restrooms every hour to ensure cleanliness and perform cleaning as needed.
Maintain health and safety regulations within the dining room and kitchen.
Collaborate well with dining room and kitchen staff.
Perform assigned side work.
Assist with other duties as needed, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
